At Otter HR we realise that our long term success is based on your long term success. We always aim to develop a sustainable relationship with our clients. That means being flexible about the way in which we charge for our services.
Our preferred approach is to charge a monthly fee based on the number of staff you have and the nature of your business. This gives our clients the same certainty on costs you would have if you employed your own HR team. It also means that you can always be sure that we will work with you for the best long term answer. There is no value to WHRS in you making a poor decision as it will result in problems later.
But, if you are looking to complete a specific project or simply do not want to make a long term arrangement, we are also happy to work on a time spent basis.
